Due to health and hygiene concerns, we only accept back products that have a manufacture's defect. We do not accept returns for any other reason. This includes unopened packages.
We will accept returns on faulty or defective products for a period of 45 days from date of purchase. After 45 days you need to follow the manufacturer's warranty policy to obtain repairs or replacement of product due to a manufacture's fault.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form must be filled out in its entirety and sent back with the faulty goods to receive the replacement product or website credit. Products returned without a completed RMA form will not be processed. All products must be returned prepaid to either the Canadian or USA address. If the product is found to be defective we will prepay the product back to you.
